Lavender essential oil has been used for ages for its skin soothing properties. This bar contains Shea Butter, which is often used for its moisturizing qualities. Oatmeal is known to be a gentle skin cleanser. Customers with skin problems such as dermatitis have said this soap works wonderfully for them.

Lavender Patchouli Soap
Patchouli essential oil is traditionally used for acne, athlete's foot, chapped skin, dermatitis, stress, and wrinkles. Lavender and Juniper essential oils have also been used for skin problems. This bar contains beeswax, which is known to soothe skin, and gives this bar a very smooth lather. Caution: this bar may remind you of the 60's!!

Bay Rum Soap
Bay essential oil has been used in men's cologne throughout the world. Contains a blend of various essential oils known to be good for acne, fatigue, dandruff, dermatitis, chapped skin, and eczema. Also contains Shea Butter for its reputed soothing benefits.

Egyptian Geranium
Geranium oil has been used successfully to treat numerous skin problems including dermatitis and psoriasis. It is reputed to be astringent and a deodorant. Evening primrose oil is added for its ability to rejuvenate skin cells.

Tea Tree essential oil is known worldwide for its antibacterial, antiseptic, and antifungal properties. It has been effective in treating numerous skin conditions, and problems such as dandruff. Also contains shea butter, which is known to moisturize, and lavender essential oil, which is widely used in skin care. Carrot seed essential oil is traditionally used for acne, wrinkles, psoriasis, and rashes.

Rosemary Peppermint Soap
Familiar mint scent with a woodsy undertone. A blend of peppermint and rosemary essential oils make this a very uplifting and refreshing bar, making it an ideal morning shower soap for sleepyheads! Both peppermint and rosemary essential oils are traditionally used for acne and dermatitis, and are reputed to be antiseptic and astringent.

Shea Butter Hand Balm
A wonderfully soothing balm made with shea butter, beeswax, and comfrey infused oil. Oil based, which allows it to last much longer on your skin then a water-based lotion. Great for dry, chapped, or irritated skin. Try a little hand balm in your hair to tame frizzies. Each is scented with essential oils. Just a little goes a long way!

A soothing oil to use in the tub or shower, or use after bathing as an all-over body rub. May even be used on your face- does not leave you feeling greasy, but smooth and soft. Try the bath oil as a facial moisturizer (a small amount will go a long way) for soft, silky facial skin.

Cinnamon Oatmeal:
Contains oats and Shea Butter for their reputed skin- soothing abilities. Cinnamon essential oil is traditionally used for depression, and is reputed to be antibacterial and a stimulant.
 
Siberian Fir:
A woodsy bar ideal for men or women. Contains a blend of fir, sage, lavender, rosewood, and rosemary essential oils. These oils have many known benefits, including being deodorant and antiseptic. Contains mineral-rich sea clay, giving this bar a beautiful gray-green color.
 
Pink Grapefruit:
Sweet, refreshing citrus scent, like a freshly cut grapefruit. The essential oil of Pink Grapefruit is said to benefit oily skin, acne, and fatigue. A favorite bar among kids, but also wonderful for those young at heart!
 
Lavender & Anise:
Spicy-sweet anise combines with lavender for a refreshing burst of head-clearing goodness.
 
Patchouli Orange:
Earthy patchouli meets refreshing citrus for this wonderful pick-you-up-when-your-feeling-down bar. Great for dry skin and stress relief.
 
Lemongrass Eucalyptus:
A refreshing scent, this soap contains a blend of lemongrass, eucalyptus, and spearmint essential oils. It is recommended for skin itchies, clearing the mind, fatigue, improving circulation, and may also be used before outdoor activity to help repel bugs.
 
Rosewood:
A very feminine bar colored with rose clay. The plantation grown Rosewood essential oil is commonly referred to as "Boise de Rose" in old literature. It is traditionally used for acne, dermatitis, headaches, scars, stress, wounds, and wrinkles. It has worked well as a deodorant, and is believed to be antidepressant, antifungal, antiseptic, and a tissue regenerator.
 
Lemon Lime:
A great bar for the kitchen! Citrus essential oils are known to cut grease, and this bar also contains ground pumice to lightly exfoliate and wash away grime. Lemon essential oil is reputed to be antiseptic and antibacterial, and is traditionally used for acne.
 
Vanilla Lavender:
Soft, calming scents of lavender and vanilla-like Peru Balsam make this bar a favorite. Wonderful for dry, chapped, and irritated skin.
 
Milk & Honey:
Contains pure honey, which gives a very mild honey scent. Milk has known moisturizing qualities, and with the addition of shea butter, this is a wonderful bar for your face.
 
Coriander Ylang:
Sweet, spicy, and floral! The essential oil of Ylang Ylang has been frequently used in skin care and perfumery and is said to be an antidepressant. Vetiver essential oil is traditionally used for acne, and coriander for insomnia and migraines.

Shipping:
Some orders must be made upon your order, others will be in stock. If you have a rush need, please let us know. I will ship your items out as soon as possible! If you are paying by check, your order will ship once your check is received and cleared.
 
 
Returns:
All sales are final. However if a product is found to be defective it will be replaced with an identical product. If you find that you are allergic to a particular product you will be given credit to buy another item. Please call for authorization. Splints & Daisies is not responsible for allergic reactions due to an ingredient in a product. If you are allergic or sensitive to any ingredients or to certain essential oils or plants, please call and ask for an ingredients listing BEFORE purchasing. This will save you from an allergic reaction and save the hassle of returns. Soap returns cannot be accepted simply because you do not like the scent.
 
 
Allergy Information:
We use Shea Butter, from the Karite Nut, in many of our products.
We use Honey in our Milk & Honey Soap.
All of our products are made here in the same location, using much of the same equipment.
