This morning looks like fall is on its way. Realizing that if I don’t cut back my oversized amaranthus (Its a forrest. Maybe 8’ tall?) soon its gonna flop and smother my mums. Spent 3 hours on the tippy top of a ladder today, then came home and took my chainsaw up on the pettibone to top a tree (now a “poplar shrub”) that was in the way of barn painting. Just kept thinking how nice it would be to take a pettibone along to a wedding with a ceiling install......... More posts tomorrow from our weekend, as I need to recover now!
