Ordering Policies

Orders can be placed three ways: by phone, email or by downloading, printing, and mailing our order form. The form is in .pdf format, so you will need the latest version of acrobat reader.

Payment & Shipping: Orders may be called, emailed, or mailed in, however all orders must be prepaid by check, money order, or credit and will not ship until your payment has cleared. Basket, wreath, and other orders may take up to 3 weeks to ship from the time the order is received since each product is made by hand upon ordering. See chart below for shipping & handling rates. Please make check payable to Splints & Daisies.

Tax: PA residents will be charged 6% sales tax on all items.

Returns: All sales are final. However if a product is found to be defective it will be replaced with an identical product. If you find that you are allergic to a particular product you will be given catalog credit to buy another item. Please call for authorization. Splints & Daisies is not responsible for allergic reactions due to an ingredient in a product. If you are allergic or sensitive to any ingredients or to certain essential oils or plants, please call and ask for an ingredients listing BEFORE purchasing. This will save you from an allergic reaction and save the hassle of returns. Soap returns cannot be accepted simply because you do not like the scent.
